Dinko de Mayo

The Paso Robles Pickleball Club players brought the fiesta spirit to the courts during our Dinko de Mayo Fun Tournament on Tuesday, May 5th! From the first serve to the final point, there was plenty of great pickleball, laughter, and friendly competition throughout the day. Between games, players enjoyed catching up with friends during byes and keeping the social vibes alive at the luncheon.

And speaking of lunch — the buffet did not disappoint! Players fueled up on delicious street tacos, rice, and beans before cooling off with frozen treats for dessert. It was the perfect way to recharge after a morning of dinking, driving, and dazzling shots.

This event's awards theme was “beverage containers,” which brought plenty of smiles and a few laughs. Our first-place finishers proudly earned customized neon green water bottles that were impossible to miss. Congratulations to Bryan C., Pam R., Tim S., and Dave M. for sipping in style!

Second-place winners received customized red solo cups complete with a surprise gift card tucked inside. George H., Ken H., Paul A., and Scott E. may or may not have guarded those cups more carefully than their paddles for the rest of the afternoon!
