FALL BRAWL 2026 FUN TOURNAMENT
Last Thursday, September 18th, our courts were filled with fun, laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of exciting pickleball action at the Fall Brawl “Fun Tournament”! It was a fantastic day of great games, spirited play, and lots of camaraderie both on and off the courts.

🏓 The Tournament Action
The tournament featured a Seeded Mixed Doubles format, with 10 teams in each cohort. After five rounds of play, the winners from each cohort moved on to the semifinals, with the final games determining the 1st and 2nd place teams.

Our semifinalists were:
Legendary Lobsters — Sherri P. & Bryan C.
The Net Rushers — Carol K. & Andy S.
Paddle Heat — Rorie J. & Dave K.
The Buck Stops Here — Cari & Cory B.
The championship matchup came down to Legendary Lobsters vs. The Buck Stops Here, with Legendary Lobsters taking 1st Place! 🏆
🎃 Harvest Hustlers — West Cohort
Our semifinalists were:
Ridinkoulous — Cass & Paul A.
Flip the Switch — Terri N. & Ron E.
Pumpkin Patch Bash — Connie B. & Anthony N.
Ball McCourtney — Liz A. & Damon S.
The final showdown was Pumpkin Patch Bash vs. Ridinkoulous, with Pumpkin Patch Bash claiming 1st Place! 🏆
🍖 And Then Came Lunch!
Once the games were complete, everyone gathered around the tables for a delicious barbecue lunch. A big thank you to our executive barbecue chefs, Bryan C. & Craig L., for keeping the grills going and serving up a tasty feast!
And, of course, no PRPC gathering is complete without some homemade goodies. Nadine S. and Clara B. provided beautiful—and oh-so-tasty—homemade salads. Cari B. brought heavenly baked beans “galore,” and Liz A. treated everyone to mouth-watering “cakey” brownies. 😋
